How to Set Up a Guest Mode on Android

Android comes with a guest mode, and in this particular case we’re talking about Android 12. If you want to show someone your device, but don’t mess around with your current setup or apps, you can set up a guest mode. . Same goes if you want to give your kid a phone to play a game or something, if kid mode isn’t an option. These are just a few examples. Well, luckily, setting up a guest mode is very simple. We’ll show you how to set up a guest mode on Android 12and in this case we’re using the Pixel 4a, so stock Android.

The first thing you will need to do is enter your phone settings. You can do this by tracking down the “Settings” app in your app drawer or by swiping up and down twice. We will do the latter and press the settings icon.

Now swipe down twice from top to bottom, as you did at the beginning. At the bottom of your Quick Toggles, you will notice a new blue-colored menu. Press it.

Here you will see all your user accounts, including the “Guest” one you created. If you want to access it, you can do it from here. The same goes for returning to the administrator account.
